Emre Hakgüder is a PhD student in Linguistics. His research focuses on sign languages of the world and their syntax and prosody. He received his BA in Advertising from Bahcesehir University, an MA in Graphic Design from Accademia del Disegno di Firenze, and an MA degree in Linguistics from Bogazici University where he worked primarily on Turkish Sign Language and its morphosyntax.
